• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions

5. Fees

BatWallet charges a 1% fee on all swap transactions. Additional network fees may apply depending on the blockchain networks involved. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Prices can be volatile, and you may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

7. Limitation of Liability

BatWallet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of our Service, including but not limited to losses from failed transactions, incorrect addresses, or market volatility.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
